Helen's Pirate's Cove

What a wonderful menu! We have been traveling through South Georgia for years and we stopped this year on the way back from Florida. What a suprise! The resturant had been fully renovated and is under new management. They have their at together. The menu is full of mouth watering options, our new favorite the Shrimp Plate.

A must stop if you are in the area.

Who would have guessed Helen had a cove let alone a pirate's cove? Wonderful little spot in the middle of nowhere. Walk into sweet south Georgia country. The regulars are suspicious so just be gracious and they won't trouble you, may come up and ask you where you are from. Home make goodness from breakfast to supper. Clean and while tyhe service is the speed of honey, they take care of you. Just love listening to their dialog "I'm fix'n to git fed and git outaher"
