Hema's

We eat here every time we visit relatives nearby.  The calzones are really good.  You can choose meat sauce or regular-both are delicious, chunky sauces. The egyptian bread is great to order for a starter.  It comes with a buttery garlic spread and one of the sauces. Pizza is good too.  Can't wait to eat there again the next time I am in Virginia!

Traveling here with friend to visit her family for a short vacation, we chose to eat lunch here.  Interesting place to say the least, and the food is quite good.

I had a calzone and it was cooked perfectly, stuffed with so much cheese and veggies I could barely finish it all.  Friend chose to have a salad, which was quite large and tasty (I snagged a bite).  Her mom chose the seafood salad, which filled a huge platter and was enough for two people.  

It's a no-frills place, casual environment, and their menu isn't huge, but offers quite a bit of variation for your tastes.  I will definitely return when I go back to visit again in the fall...

One of the most common meals I have ever eaten. The salad was not fresh. The dressing tasted as if it came out of a bottle. The pasta dish was unremarkable.
