I drove passed the bar and thought that it might be a great stop to get a beer. WOW was I right!!!! (it doesn't happen that often). The inside remind me of a Apple-bees or a Hard Rock Cafe. The owner Hollywood Clay walked me around the restaurant and should me some of the people that he wrote songs for and the singers that were pictured on the wall with him. We event were able to get him to sing us a few tunes from his CD. We only stopped in for a drink but he was tell us that he makes good ribs and how the rub that they use was made by the brother of John Daily the Pro golfer.
After giving us a sample of the ribs, I was stuck in awwwww.. The ribs were the best that I have ever had in my life. I would be willing to drive the 200 miles from the Twin cities just to have these ribs for dinner. I would highly recommend this place for dinner. Plus on the weekends they have bands that play and other music event. A+ on my list.
