  Good burger. We are moving to Midlothian from Big D, and I'm glad we found a decent burger joint. If you like thick, juicy burgers, this is the place to go.

  Love this place for burgers. This the smaller of the two Hideouts that I know of, the other is in Mansfield on Broad.
  
  Will no longer offer the Ghost Burger, another crazy hot burger is coming soon.

  The best burgers I have had in a REALY long time. Not frozen hamburger meat like most places. I highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back, so worth the drive.

  Great burgers and fries! Fries are crispy and come in huge portions. The burgers are big and there are tons of burger options. Love eating here!

  This was our first visit.  
  
  The burger patty was about 1/2 to 2/3 of an inch thick.  I normally don't care for such a big patty but it was very juicy (yum) and I was hungry!  My husband made the mistake of getting the double patty.  He is a meat eater and it was even too big for him.  He had to take one out about half way through.  He loved it though.  So, if you like a big thick juicy burger & have an appetite then try Hideout's burger.
  
  As for my onion rings, they fell short on flavor.  I tried a couple of the hubby's chicken fried fries with gravy.  They were ok but also lacked flavor.  The hubby agreed.
  
  We both thought the fried pickles were good but we were disappointed with the ranch.  It tasted like the store bought ranch out of a bottle which didn't seem to compliment the fried pickles.  Yes, we are ranch snobs & eat it with many things(cheese fries, hot wings, fried pickles, raw veggies,  pizza, bread, salads, etc)!!!

  Great burgers! Cooked perfect medium rare. Great fries, huge onion rings and good fried pickles. Friendly staff to boot. Maple and Motor could learn a lot from this place.
  
  Only downfall is the store bought ranch dressing. Homemade would be better but that's being very picky.
  
  This definitely goes into the rotation when I'm down there fishing again.

  This place is not much to look at from the outside, but they have homeade tasting food and friendly service. My daughter got the Ghost Burger(hottest pepper in the world-ghost pepper) and had to sign a waiver before she could eat it! What an experience! Also, my other daughters got the cheeseburgers w/fries...yum! They all had HOMEADE, REAL shakes & malts, which were fabulous also.

  The absolute best burgers in the Metroplex! I love their chicken fried French fries with cream gravy, their burgers rock and it's a fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!

  Thumbs up for HideOut Burger!  We enjoyed the Blu Cheese Bacon Burger and the Mushroom Swiss Burger.  The best burgers we have had in ages.  The kids menu is also good.  Our son had the chicken fingers and fries and raved!  The place is clean with a cheerful staff.

  Oh my gosh, these are the BEST burgers.  I am so glad we finally have a awesome burger place in Midlothian.  The burger meat is about 1 inch thick.  They have fresh cut fries and HUGE onion rings.  I just wish they had a kids size burger on their kid's menu.  If you are looking for a GREAT burger then it's worth the drive to Midlothian.  If you like a good syrup-type soda they gottem' coming right out of the fountain there too.  I'm in Burger Heaven!
