High Octane Saloon

We had a great time.  Not just a biker bar (there were maybe 2 bikes in the parking lot).  We went for the regular dualing pianos show (once a month).  We had appetizers which were all good (except the sauce for the mozzarella sticks was cold).  You need a knife and fork to eat the fries with chili and cheese (more like big huge potato wedges than fries).

I visited octane while I was on vacation. It a cool joint. After my stay in citrus county I realize that this is as good as it gets in this area for a lively atmosphere.  I felt a little weird being around a bunch of bikers that were not in a biker gang or people who thought they were bikers but didn't quite cut the mustard, but I will tell you what.. I went there twice and I had an awesome time. The drinks were good, I think just about everyone in town was there, and I left with quite the hangover( that's what matters). The staff was nothing but friendly and accommodating. If you're an out of Towner and staying in citrus county or someone who has just moved there and is looking for a hangout.... I would definitely recommend skipping all the other p.o.s. places and go straight here. I will definitely return and happily spend my money here.
