We stopped at The Hitching Post and were entranced by the menu description of the cheese fries, but the reality was very nearly suitable for lactose-intolerant people. A small handful of shredded cheese was distributed thinly across the Styrofoam to-go container, leaving mostly undecorated potato once the top layer was eaten. Phooey!
