We stopped in Holly May's Bar & Grill Easter Sunday around noon on the way home from a weekend in Borrego Springs. They had a really nice buffet set up for the local clientele that had everything from roast prime rib to chile verde to "scotch eggs". All very fresh and set out in small quantities to keep it fresh. We had a couple of ice cold beers ($2 ea), and were treated like old friends by very warm staff who very patiently answered all of our tourista questions about the demise of the Salton Sea. A must stop if you are in the area, we will be back!
