Very spotty service here. Â But good food -- if it is actually delivered. Â
So many times when we are there, we can see our food on the ledge ready to be served to us. Â I will tell my wife, "That's our food." Â
Meanwhile, our server is chatting with someone. Â Finally, she brings our food. Â "No thank you," I always say. Â "That food has been there forever. Â Bring us some hot food." Â Then the manager gets involved and comps us a beer. Â After all this, we finally get some great Hooters food. Â But it is never easy at the Hooters in Chattanooga. Â Could be great, but never is.
The #1 thing that makes this Hooters great:
$10 all-you-can-eat wings on Wednesdays.
No other Hooters in the area offer this, --- just ask a waitress. It has something to do with franchise VS private owned, I have no idea.
Some Hooters offer $5 10 piece boneless wings on Wednesday.
Anyway the food is great, the decor of the restaurant is the old late-90s style which I prefer over the newer ones.
Stopped by here with a small group of friends for a little birthday celebration. Â The food and service were as expected. Â The Hooters girls all came over for the big Birthday Celebration, which especially embarrassed our friend (we liked that part best). Â I got the Bleu Cheese Burger, which was very good. Â The fries were good too. Â Drinks were cold and refills were brought as needed. Â The only issues we had was that the TV's were so loud it was hard to hear each other (and our Hooters girl), and we were seated right under the A/C vent, freezing the girls who were with our party. Â They offered to move us to another table to get away from the A/C vent, but they couldn't do anything about the noise.
