When you walk in through the front door of the Hub, you are instantly greeted by bamboo and a tropical/nautical theme in combination with vintage concert posters and beer signs hanging on the walls. The front part is the 21 and over section, while the rear section is for both minors and adults. Sometimes you will see some under 21s playing pool in the rear section.
The Hub has a good selection of beers, both on tap and in bottles/cans. The kitchen cooks up some good food, mostly the typical American fare. The Daily Specials are posted above the bar. Â Sometimes there is a sizable lunch crowd. My favorite meal to eat at the Hub is breakfast. :-) My favorites are the chicken fried steak and eggs or the biscuits and gravy.
The Hub has FREE Wi-Fi (somewhat of a novelty in Lewis County) and lots of pulltabs for those of you who like to lose your money. Sirius/XM radio on one TV, unless a local sporting event is going on and then the TVs are tuned to that.
If you go out the back door, there is a fenced in "beer garden" with tables, umbrellas and chairs where you can drink, BS and smoke.
While the Hub may seem a bit "divey", it is pretty typical for Centralia/Chehalis. Good food and reasonably priced drinks make it a place stop in Centralia.
