  I must correct my recent review since now this Huddle House is under new management and owned by a new owner. The service has vastly improved!

  Huddle house is, as near as I can tell, a more southern (that is mostly where I find them) knock-off of Waffle House. Other than differing color schemes there is a disturbing similiarity, right down to the menu, the internal layout and even the outside facade.  Overall I haven't ever had a bad meal at any Huddle House, though like any establishment it depends on the staff.  I did run into about the crappiest service I have seen in a quite some time here, and my dining companion had the same evaluation of the server.  Drinks not refilled, plates practically dropped on the table..

  Flies flies everywhere!  The flies here are unusually aggressive and particularly overbearing, especially considering there is a disproportionate amount of petrified food beneath the tables, in every corner of the place and below the bar.  The service is slow, and the wait staff seems extraordinarily unenthusiastic.   A tolerable place to hang out if you can stand the flies and arent necessarily looking to eat.
