  Food wasn't hot. Just warm. Cheese wouldn't even melt in hash browns. Used to be a good iHop but it probably one of the last places I would go eat in town.

  Friendly and clean but very expensive, small portions and the food quality was worse than waffle house.

  Much better than Denny's and for me the service is very good.  But keep in mind that with most morning places and busy times, if your in a hurry this may not be your place.

  Used to be alright but now this IHOP is horrible! The service is slow and unreliable, the food portion is very small and doesn't taste great, and the management doesn't seem to care.
  
  There is never anyone waiting to seat you and you typically have to wait to be seated even though it is never busy. For being extremely slow (people coming in), the servers are pretty inattentive.
  
  On my last visit we waited 20 minutes for our food and other tables were waiting just as long. It was like they had only one cook. Some people got up and walked out. We were also surrounded by dirty tables, none of them were getting cleaned. The waitress was exclaiming how busy it was but not even half the diner was filled, couldn't have been more than 8 tables.
  
  Won't be returning EVER! Save yourself the trouble and drive 1 more minute to the Denny's.
