  I suppose you wouldn't know this was a bad sex store if you hadn't been in a good one.  Maybe if you're just looking for a bare-budget sex substitute instead of a sex enhancement tool you're fine.  There seems to be plenty of porn and skin mags and I will say that the place is well lit and not shady or uncomfortable to walk around in.
  However.
  A. I wouldn't have been comfortable asking the guy behind the counter for help if I'd needed it.
  B. It's pretty obvious no lesbians were consulted in the selection of the female friendly products.  There's a bare minimum of higher end items and nothing is on display for you to get a better look.  Eww you say, you want to hold the vibrator before you buy it?  Well no, I want to buy the vibrator in a never-before-opened box but you're damn right I want to test the vibration of a toy before I shell out 50 bucks for it.  Go to a women/queer run sex store in Chicago and every toy is out and displayed.
  C.  Their lube and condom selection could use work.  And lube is definitely something you want to test out before buying.  Seriously, if you're using something in such a sensitive area wouldn't you want to check out the options?
  
  I'm kind of astounded that in a place with as many college kids as there are that we're still stuck in the mentality of XXX Bookstore.  (What books?)  This is not the 80s.  This is the era of rechargeable silicone ergonomic vibrators.  My advice to women in Champaign, be they single or with a fun-loving experimental boytoy, is to shop online.
