It doesn't surprise me that people like mike get shitty service. Juneau is about other things than posting your income. Come in and get a drink. If you're not from here, don't expect to be served before a stranger. If you want a strong poor amongst the working class, come in. Check your ego at the door. Place has been here for 100+ years. This is how locals live. Don't ask how far above sea level you are or the wifi password without getting to know people, if you are looking for authenticity. Otherwise, good luck. Kindness goes a long ways in Juneau. Bravado is a dime a dozen.
Review Source:I wish I could give it zero stars. I've been in here 4 times, 3 of those times it took close to an hour to get a drink. Waitresses and bar tenders routinely look at you and then serve people that show up to the bar after you.
Sad thing is I make around 85K/year, live here year-round, and  tip extremely well and they have lost my business for the next 4 years PERMANENTLY.
I recommend the Viking or Triangle.
