Hotel bars normally don't have any ambiance and this is no exception. It's the same place where the breakfast bar is and there's an old faux wooden counter and a TV. Bud on tap. There's about 10 bottles of cheap local [iron city] and some domestics.
So, what really makes it a one star besides a poor beer selection and an ambiance of a hospital waiting room:
During my only visit, another customer ordered a cosmopolitan. The bartender actually looked in a book to learn how to make it.
The next night, faced with the choice of drinking there or going to sleep in my room, I chose the latter. If you want to drink without leaving the hotel, you're better off crashing a wedding or stopping at the Beer Minimum and drinking in your room.
