We dropped into this unassuming little place only knowing that we were hungry and craving some delicious Mexican food, we walked out happy, full, and charmed. We will definitely return if we ever re-visit Ft. Meyers.

The food here is authentic, the horchata and jamica aqua frescas are homemade, as are the tortillas that make up the lengua, pastor, and chorizo tacos, the chips and salsa, and the hot sauces we sampled. The friendly staff keeps the place clean, and inviting. J.K Goodies is also a Panaderia offering fresh bakery items, and the ultimate cake of all cakes, Tres Leches.

Only one other customer came in during our lunch, and I have no idea why every table was not packed as this place serves the real deal, at great prices. I truly hope that business is better for them because this is the type of place that belongs in every community as a choice for food rather than the corporate fast-food nastiness that seems to be pervasive in every town.
