I came here for a work lunch with my team and most of us left unimpressed with the food. Between us, we tried the wings, blackened chicken salad, bbq chicken salad (I had this), and the turkey burger. My bbq chicken salad was very bland and plain. A cut up chicken breast on top of lettuce with some cheese, bbq sauce, and beans. The blackened chicken salad looked better but my co-worker said it was just ok. The wings looked ok and someone said the turkey burger was good. The restaurant is large and clean with a decent sized bar. I probably won't be back for food unless it's with my work team. Positive note - the service was very friendly and prompt.
Review Source:This place is a pass.
We live near Roanoke and received a flyer on our door one day inviting us to come in and try the newly opened restaurant.  The flyer doubled as a coupon for an appetizer if two entrees are ordered.  When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, both my wife and I wanted to try the wings, but when we showed the flyer to our server, we were told that wings did not qualify as an entrée.  OK.
When our order arrived, my wife's and kids' meals were as expected, but my order of wings were stone cold. Â I gave my order back to our server who took it back to the food prep area (visible from the dining area) where one of the cooks looked quite put out that an order came back. Â After a couple minutes, my order came back quite hot ... as if just pulled out of the microwave. Â My wife indicated her wings tasted OK, but both of us noted the size of the wings and drums were noticeably smaller than other wing specialty places.
Overall, it was not a pleasant experience so we won't be back.
Been there twice, its ok.
We had boneless wings which were good, the cheeseburger was good but nothing special -- it'd be nice if they had bacon to go on it but instead I had to settle for bacon bits, strange since bacon cheeseburgers seem to be a pretty standard staple. The waffle fries are excellent, I definitely recommend those. The flatbread pizza apparently uses a pre-made topping mix so you can't easily make any substitutions, and it kinda shows in the final product which was pretty underwhelming (especially with a great pizza place like Inzo just down the street). The atmosphere and service were good though, but aside from the wings it seems like they're a jack of all trades, master of none.
Tried this place on a Friday night. Â No establishment with high chairs and little kids running around should earn the classificaiton of Dive Bar or Sports Bar. Â It's just a restuarant full of families (it is suburbia) with a decent selection of beer. Â
Two of us split an 18 piece wing order. Â They were about $1 a piece, so not cheap, and the tinniest wings I've ever seen. Â They had a good taste but after eating these and drinking two beers, we went by Whataburger to actually eat dinner.
The place is loud -- lots of concrete and metal to bounce the noise -- and the TVs are on the small size although well placed around the place.
I likely won't go back.
Drafts, burgers, wings, flat bread pizza. Who could ask for anything more.
We split a burger and an order of wings. Burger was solid. Nothing to wow, but nothing to complain about either. Wings were a very pleasant surprise. Smoked first then finished on the grill. These I would order again.
Good variety of beers on tap too. I was told to expect to see a lot of rotation.
I'd most likely be back to give the pizza a try, and of course another order of wings.
It was a solid dining experience and our server was pleasant, professional and totally on top of things. I wish I could remember her name, as she deserves a shout out.
