Jack's Place

Jack's place was the first bar we went to while walking around town to find a place. It was rather quiet, due to the storms that had been occurring, but the bartender made us some strong rum and cokes for a very fair price and we sat down to listen to the Straight Shots play some fun tunes!

Our wedding photographer and Jacks place coordinated together to help or wedding reception pub crawl a smash. We had no previous knowledge of this but our photographer knew we wanted a pub crawl after the reception. Jacks was the 2nd bar we visited that evening. My entire wedding party and guests in formal attire walked into a P-A-R-T-Y. There were banners with our names on it hanging from the balcony, the band introduced us. The owners took time out to come meet us and visit with my guests. All of us are still raving about Jacks a year later. Did I mention we are from San Diego and that was a destination wedding? They didn't just go out of their way, they went above and beyond for strangers. Hands down the best reception and Jacks played a tremendous role in that.

When the wife and I visit Eureka Springs, one of our favorite things to do is listen to some good music. Jack's place has the nicest venue (large dance floor and an awesome stage) in town. There are several other tourist that we have seen on the same holiday weekend for several years and we have become friends. Jack's is always decorated for the current holiday and most weekends they have a live band. Most of the music is rock and roll with a little blues thrown in. If you just want to wet your whistle and listen, or if your in the mood for dancing, Jack's is a fun place.
