Went here on a chilly Friday night - pretty busy, but not packed. Â We had a sample of their "Pirate Punch" or whatever and got beer instead (OK selection). Â The staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. Â The bluegrass band was good, and people seemed to really like the music. Â The pirate theme was appropriate for the bar built into the rock. Â The "Texas Sheet Cake" on the dessert menu tasted really good!
Review Source:It was a hopping bar on a Sunday night. There was a live band that started off with three members completely unplugged playing bluegrass type music. At last call they had 6 people on stage and microphones. Good selection of beers at a fair price. They even had a light night menu. Next trip to Eureka Springs will be going back to the Squid and the Whale Pub.
Review Source:Stopped in for a quick refreshment, and to get the scoop on that nights music. Â Very nice bartender more than happy to help and give info. Â The wife and I had a glass of Pirate Punch yum, Â a rum packed drink. Â It is on the small side so if you want to sit get there early. Â Would come back for another visit.
