For bar food, it is awesome. everything I have tried has been great. the drinks were well poured at one time but obviously the management put a halt to good pours and now the drinks are not so good. way to much soda with a slight poor of liquor. I used to go here about 3 times a week. now, more like 3 times a month, maybe.
Review Source:Kind of place you might just pass by because it looks like any old shopping center bar and grill. Â The locals probably know it better. Â Reminded me of Cowboy Cafe in Arlington; not much to go on from the outside appearance. Â
If you like "kitchen sink" salads I would try this place. Â I had the Craisin Pecan salad and it was choc full of great stuff. Â And all fresh. Â Contents: Â grilled chicken, Crasins, candied pecans, feta cheese, mandarin oranges, tomatoes, red onions and a raspberry vinegrette dressing. Â All fresh. Â Very tasty! Â
Friend had a Greek Salad. Â He enjoyed his too. Â
Both salads were huge. Â We took home doggie bags.
Frankly I do not know how this restaurant can sell these salads for less than $10. Â But they do it.
This is a sports bar, so lots of TVs all over the place. Â And it is a bar. Â
If I lived  around here, I would probably eat there on occasion.  But I am not a bar person, so I cannot attest to that facet of the place. Â
Foodwise, sometime these types of places are "sleepers". Â
I am usually down these parts twice a year, so maybe next time I will try something else on the menu. Â
They have meatloaf on the menu and I love meatloaf so next time I will let you know about the meatloaf.
WE love going to JD's for dinner and a drink. Their Blackend talapia sandwich is one of the best anywhere. And for just $8.99 comes with chips. But I always add their sweet potatoe fries for abit more. Sometime I get their boneless chicken, and Love them as well. ever had a bad meal, and the service is always great.
