Jerry's Crystal Bar

First off, if you do not care for a neighborhood bar where smoking is still permitted, stay away but if that sounds like just what you are looking for then stop in and meet some of the friendliest regulars on the planet. The juke box is too loud and that's just they way we like it. Drink specials most every night, 2 large HD screens for all your sports viewing needs (Nascar fans welcome!) and the nicest people you would ever want behind the bar. Jerry's Crystal Bar has been in Zephyrhills since like forever, or at least the mid to late 50's. The have pool tournaments and a few dart boards as well. For entertainment they have Zoomdaddy Karaoke Tuesday through Saturday with Thursdays reserved for live music. The band (they change their name every week) is really just a group of guys that get together and jam on Thursdays and they welcome all musicians and vocalists that want to sit in. Friday night is live music night featuring some of the best bands in the area. Drink prices are reasonable and Theresa is HOT! What more could you ask for?

DISCLOSURE: To keep this review honest, I must mention that I am one of the Thursday night musicians but I post this review without bias as we, the Thursday night band, do not get paid. We play because we want to and because the customers are friendly to a group of middle-aged rockers that just wanna jam. I am otherwise not a bar person but if I were, this is the place that you would find me.
