I was determined to actually try whiskey on Whiskey Row and had a nice sample from the bartender at Jersey Lilly, who was also explained how whiskey is distilled. We spent a nice hour or so there. Great little bar with live music and fantastic prices on drinks that are poured very generously

Family was in town, and this was a fun bar to visit! Live music started at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon and provided great entertainment. This bar is located on the second floor on the famous Whiskey Row. We ordered vodka tonics which were a little on the strong side-guess I shouldn't complain, right? Fun time had by all!

I don't know what I love more here: the bar on the second floor to people watch downtown Prescott or the great bartender...you go girl!

Not a bad bar. It really oozes history and has a great balcony overlooking the courthouse. It just had a bit of a tired feel to it that didn't compel me to stick around. The pre-geriatric crowd who were there were having a damn good time. Other reviews have mentioned that this is not a college bar and that's pretty spot on. I'm post-college but not pre-geriatric or pre-pre-pre-geriatric and the vibe here was too low-key for me. To be fair, this was a Thursday night, and as some of the other bars can get a bit loud, this might be a good place for a recovery or take-a-break drink in peace and quiet.

This is definitely not a "college" bar.  It is upstairs, so if you've been participating in a bar crawl, this might not be the best place for you to visit.  Keep in younger, keep it on the street level - like at Matt's.

Very cool bar. It is hidden upstairs.
The bar is very clean and they have a smoking patio with heaters. There is complementary popcorn and Chris the bar tender is great!
No matter where you sit you will see the great view of the Courthouse, it especially magical when the Christmas lights are up.

I really like this bar, it's different form the rest on Whiskey Row.

Awesome little bar tucked upstairs on Whiskey Row.  It was very cold outside (like 12 degrees) so we drank inside and warmed up.  The bartender was top notch.  Very nice, very quick, and made me a perfect martini.  We hit about 6-8 bars and this was by far the best atmosphere and drink quality in the area.

I don't know the waitress's name, but when we were there a few nights ago, I was on the tail end of a gnarly cold and had a sore, scratchy, dry throat...and the waitress worked her magic and concocted a beverage that, in addition to being super tasty, worked wonders on my throat!  If memory serves, it was a honey whiskey with a few lime wedges in it warmed up!

In addition to the fantastic staff, the other patrons were very fun to chat with!  We were visiting town for a wedding and were very warmly welcomed by the crowed and had an overall fantastic time!

Played a show in Prescott while on tour with a friend and hit up a few of the bars on Whiskey Row. This one was definitely my favorite, although the prices were a little high and the selection of beers a little limited. The bartenders were older gentlemen with a lot of personality and they shook up one of the meanest Manhattans I have ever had; probably the best Manhattan in Arizona. They kept offering us free popcorn, which was stale but sweet of them anyway and the entire space (which you need to climb a flight of stairs to get to), was covered in dark woods and old Victorian wall paper. We sat on their outdoor patio that has a great view of town square. Definitely a must-see when in Prescott.

These guys took care of our girls while we were making our way through Cleator, Crown King and Mayer. Thanks!

The staff was excellent and allowed our buzzed women to take pictures and have a good time.

The prices we not too bad either.

    Great patio.

So we tried to do a low-key bar hop on Whiskey Row. Stopping in the Saloons that were open and having one beer. We stopped at Jersey Lilly and although it was by far the most expensive place we stopped (not too outrageous, just no specials like the other bars) it was absolutely my favorite. I don't know, however, if that's a tribute to the establishment or the incredible man we met there, Burt.

The bartender was really great. Helped us pick out something different than just beer to drink (none on tap here btw...just bottles). And we were able to chat with folks across the bar about their birthdays, my winning the lottery, and the fact that the man sitting next to us drinking cranberry juice...appeared to be about 63 years old and is actually in fact 92!! So we talked about the secrets of staying young, according to Burt. In his mind, they are not smoking and not stressing. I like it.

So beyond Burt, I think I would say this is an average bar with a really good and friendly bartender on Tuesdays. I didn't get to explore the place too much but It seemed spacious enough and the liquor selection was fairly extensive.
