Food is pretty cheap and they had a really big extensive menu complete with cute drawings and WordArt. :D
2 dollar beers!
Our waitress was very nice.
The food was SLOOOOOOW to come out of the kitchen though. They do warn you about this on the menu. But it did strike me as weird that everyone's food came at different times. I had already long finished my chicken tenders before my friend got her mozzarella sticks.
The wings are some of the best I've ever had!!! Â I am in love with the blue cheese!! Â It was different from regular blue cheese so I'm guessing its homemade. Â I had the hot buffalo sauce and the b& b. Â both are very good . Â If you like BBQ sauce then def try the b&b! Â I will be back!
Review Source:One of my all-time favorites. Started going here during my years in college and now that I work at my alma mater (Willy P), I love being able to come here for lunch or happy hour.
Daily entertainment, drink specials, and they show all major sporting events on one of multiple TVs inside the location.
Their food menu is absolutely fabulous and the hidden gem of the place. Â Everytime I come here, I spend so much time in the menu because I don't know what to get. I have had just about everything on the menu and it is all so good! I recommend getting anything with their buffalo chicken. Â They have a variety of sauces for all tastes. Â Most importantly, all of their food is cooked fresh and on the premises.
This is place to be for great wings and good drink specials. Not large but definitely a dive. Local place and lots people. Run speciAls daily . Stop in. The b and b wings are a top fAvorite as well as the skirt steak paninni. Mac and cheese bites are great app. Music is always going as well as all the tv's to watch all your sports and matches. I always look forward to going back. Staff are good. Have some patience with the new servers. If you have a slight off service it gets better
Review Source:The blue cheese and the Buffalo Fingers is to die for. Â My cousin who went to William Paterson introduced this place to me. Â At the time, I never liked blue cheese, until that special sauce from there changed my life. Â I live about 40 minutes from there and I still go there often. Â The only problems I have is that it does get crowded at night and the place is very small. Â I found myself sitting next to the door even on winters. Â It does get pretty loud as well. Â Other then that, I probably will always be a regular here.
Review Source:Pretty good food.. there blue cheese should be illegal its so good. And trust me they know they'll charge you for every bit of it.. however the crowd loaded w losers.. and more importantly if u cant sit at the bar and are stuck with horrid attitude ditzs you never want to come back.. so after my share of experiences ill order togo.. but definitely will avoid the "atmosphere"
Review Source:I love Jimmy's. Â Great food. Â Awesome wings. Â I've been going to Jimmy's for years now, in fact, I'm about to go eat there now. Â I almost always order the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and always get hot wings. Â Service has improved with time. Â Place gets very full especially when the Yankees or Giants play. Â I highly recomend it.
Review Source:I went to Jimmy Geez for my friend's birthday and I wasn't impressed. Â The place was crowded around 9pm on a Friday which is fine. Â We walk in and see a bar stool that was empty so we gestured to one of the girls we were with to take it. As she was about to sit this guy who looked like a tool to simplify it pull the chair out from her and just puts his arm around it without saying a thing. I almost decked him and would have if she hit the ground, but it set a tone for the night.
We then sat at a table in the back and we had 2 servers going back and forth between the tables. Â Ordered some app, and some beers. Then some more people showed up who were only staying for a while so they told one of the girls they needed a separate check, which was fine at the time. The food came out and they got one of the 2 apps wrong but it wasn't a big deal, they both were good. As the night progressed, one of the girls needed to leave and told the waitress she needed to close out her check. So the other waitress tells her she can't split the check since we were sitting at a table. Which was annoying but the kicker was she tacked on an 18 percent tip due to there being 6 people. Pretty tricky since only 5 of the 6 people ordered drinks from her since another friend was there and just ordering from the bar and standing.
All in all, the people seemed a little to Jersey shore for me, and I can stand people who just focus on trying to get bigger tips. I probably will never go here again.
You want wings? Searching for darn good ones? Look no further! This place has this special sauce they use on the special wings which is outstanding. Just writing this review is making me miss such good wings. Buffalo Wild Wings wishes it was Jimmy Geez. Their burgers are good as well. Their prices are moderate and the service is eh. On games days (football) place gets really busy...keep in mind it's not that big to begin with. Their beers are cold and you don't feel like you dropped a lot of $ for good food, good beer and good times...ENJOY!
Review Source:Wings have been downhill the last 4 times I went. Â Love this place but have been disappointed because the wings were too well done and very dry. Â The b&b sauce is the way to go but there hasn't been enough on the wings lately. Â When I asked for a side they charged me a dollar for a tiny cup half way full. Â Not cool when I'm spending 60 on wings n beer already! Â The place is a bit overpriced but I thought it was worth it if the food was really good. Â I'm not sure if they have a new cook or what but I'm bummed the quality isn't what I have experienced in the past. Â The service isn't super prompt but everyone is very nice and they do their best based on the team service they provide. Â The other food besides wings that I have tried has been good. Â I really hope the wings r better next time or I won't be back for a while.
Review Source:Place is awesome. Wings are the best ive ever had, and coupled with the homemade bleu cheese its simply amazing. The rest of the menu is solid  and vast. I highly recommend the cheeseburger quesadillas and the pulled pork bbq pizza. Burgers are solid too . Drinks and bartenders keep me coming back and leaving less than sober.
Review Source:I love Jimmy Geez! I am extremely picky, and I continue to go back to Jimmy Geez week after week. The service is great. The food is wonderful. It is as fresh and homemade as bar food can get. I highly recommend the wings, chicken tenders, fries, or sliders. The drinks are delicious. It's extremely clean and always has a fun crowd. The management works hard to have something special going on constantly. Bingo night is super fun, and I can't wait to go to trivia night. The bar even plans special trips to ski mountains and casinos. I can't imagine a neighborhood bar getting any better!
Review Source:I have been coming here for years and the food is always fresh and consistent. The atmosphere is casual and laid back with a full service bar as well as tables and booths to sit at. Place is spotless.Don't be fooled by the neighborhood either if you are not close by. There is always a nice respectable crowd inside. Jimmy Geez is most popular for their buffalo wings and fingers. They are my favorite because the breading is always crispy, not soggy, the meat is all white and they are a good size. Everything is homemade from the blue cheese to the M and M ice cream cake. Portions are large and flavorable. . Â The wraps, burgers and salads here are all good too. Â Jimmy Geez also has an amazing sizzling steak which steams right in front of you when served.-my mom's favorite.
Review Source:Man I really miss this bar now that I've moved. Excellent bar food, all the spicy dishes are terrific because the Buffalo sauce they make is top notch. Their menu is pretty vast and I've sampled a lot it it...it's all been good. I don't remember ever getting a meal that I didn't absolutely love.
The drinks are prepared well and they frequently have daily drink specials that keep you spending more on food. The bartenders remember regulars well, although I never really had trouble getting served there in the first place.
They have "special' nights quite often. Everything ranging from guitar hero night to the weekly Quizo. These nights are fun and break up the monotony of drinking on a week night.
Place is almost always packed so if they are having an event...get their early. If all the tables are taken along with the bar seats, there will be NO room for you to stand anywhere! Parking can also be an issue. They seem to have some kind of on going feud going with Frank liquors across the street because you will be towed from that lot even hours after the store is closed.
Seems like a lot of Jets and Raiders fans in the place. Prices are the norm for a mid-range bar. Almost never see hockey unless you ask.
I order the wings every two weeks to-go for BBQ and parties and they are always perfect. Probably the best wings i ever had!! The sauce is the same for all the wings they just put more and more on the hotter ones! Inside is always clean and always crowded. Also heard all there other food was great!
