  Had lunch here - generous portions - tamale truly excellent - enchiladas ok - sauce not memorable. Also chips were ok and salsa needs improvement. Just boring - but really better than above - I'm picky on Mexican food as I truly love it and only the tamale was GREAT. Everything else ok or good. We will try it again - cause tamales are truly worth trip to Fowler

  We found Jocy's on yelp and glad we did.
  Tacos, tamales and taco salad were perfect.
  Clean atmosphere and excellent service. We will stop again on our way through the Central Valley

  Took a drive out to Fowler last night to try Jocy's Fine Mexican Restaurant for dinner.  After an initial misunderstanding with management regarding my Fresno Deal Saver certificates, (which was eventually resolved), I'm happy to report the food was excellent!  Probably the best I've had since moving from the Bay Area 8 years ago.  My only complaint, is that they're 22 miles away, and not closer to my house in NW Fresno! ;)

  Has really good portions. Tastes very good. A little on the greasy side but I have never known Mexican food to be healthy.

  Good food, owner is there to make you feel very welcome, would like to see different salsa. Over all good experience and they have a bar:-)

  Excellent authentic Mexican restaurant-pozole was wonderful, served clear with spices on the side...menudo, lengua, and breakfast 7 days/week...good restaurants in small towns are always hard to find-this place is a good one!
