Been here many times,  this time I was here for  lunch around 2pm.  There's about 20 people in here, the service is attentive and my food arrived  very fast
The chicken fajita wrap was great , as was the sweet potato fries.
I notice they have a different manager from last year... this one is  friendlier.
JR's is a "tad" on the expensive side for starters. They do have decent portion sizes, but it's always a hit or miss on how good the meals are going to bed. One night you could order the ribs and they'll be very tough / dry. Or you could order their BBQ wings and be floored by how big, juicy, and mouthwatering they are. I can't say they are amazing, nor can I say they are terrible.
Review Source:I've been here a couple times before with my mom, and although the food wasn't really anything to write home about, it wasn't gross.
what a disappointment! Â
we ordered fried mushrooms. Â undercooked, raw batter and cold in the middle. Â Mom's ribs were OK but not great...my grilled shrimp was cooked well but so salty I almost couldn't eat it. Â We also both ordered the mixed veggie side. Â It looked so good, but was in reality a very nice selection of fresh veggies - soaked in oil and SALT. Â way too much salt all around. Â
I also had rice as my other side, and was kind of annoyed that they only put like one rounded tablespoon of rice on my plate. Â All in all we both decided to never go back. Â a $16 meal should not taste like a salt lick. Â We walked out feeling gross.
