Asked for an item to be cooked in a way that was not on the menu. Â Michael, the server, went to the kitchen and asked Jonathan if it was possible. Â Jonathan came out and talked to us about it and said he would try to cook it that way and if it wasn't right, he would try again. Â The item was cooked our way and was very good. Â We rarely find staff who are so willing to try something new to please their customers. Â Will definitely go there again.
Review Source:Not being a native to TX, I don't know what the standard is but I ordered chicken strips at K Bob's and they were amazing. Â I was slightly disappointed by the salad bar, but it was completely acceptable. Â I just typically go for the darker green lettuce and many of my favorite toppings were missing. Â I assume this was a regional thing, though. Â The staff was kind of funny, very straight forward. Â I visited with my great aunt who is in a wheel chair, and the hostess asked if we wanted a table or a booth but then was immediately interrupted by another staff member who directed us to a table nearby where we could use the wheelchair. Â One of our meals came out completely the wrong thing, but it was replaced quickly. Â The server said "I probably just pushed the wrong button". Â I was fully amused by this up front attitude. Â Everything was just fine in the end and, again, food was cooked beautifully!
