Hinze Bar-B-Q

Cafeteria style ordering, brisket was great. The sausage and ribs were better than some other places. Cole slaw was different than what I'm used to, but it was good. I'll definitely stop again on my way to Houston.

Spectacular ribs, brisket, pies and sides.  They've added on to their building a few times and one of those incorporated a tree...pretty cool.

Whoo hoo! Large portions, yummy meat, and a great atmosphere. We stopped in as we were leaving town after a wedding and it more than hit the spot. The ambiance was great, everything from the growing in the middle of the addition to the animal heads that adorned the walls.

The menu is vast and the woman at the registrar was very helpful navigating it. I ordered a two meat plate I came nowhere close to finishing and he ordered a three meat plate. The sides were served in huge portions and I loved my potato salad and my boyfriend had an interesting potato casserole.
It was true BBQ and very easy to enjoy. A great meal to finish a great weekend!
