CLOSED - We attempted to go this past Friday, May 24th so another of my coworkers could redeem her Groupon we found Kasey's locked, furniture gone and exposed fixtures. No sign on the door announcing renovations, no address for relocation, etc.
I have been to Kasey's Seafood several times with coworkers. The wait for your order is pretty spotty - you could be there moments to upwards of 20-30+ minutes. So when I purchased the Groupon for Kasey's Seafood in February; I wanted to order online and pick my food up. Apparently, I was the first person to try and exercise this option because my order was unable to be retrieved and I had to order again in store. Which to me defeats the purpose of ordering online and coming in for a quick pickup.
The service was nice in March.
The food was good. Fish was crispy, hot but lacked solidity as it fell apart in my hands. Portions were huge. Easily five large filets of fish, too much for one sitting or even one person. The tartar sauce was bleh, not fresh and definitely not homemade.
Kasey's seafood is under new management. Great!!! The food is great and service is wonderful. These people make me feel as though they value my business. The place is clean and does not smell like fish. I love the fried fish fillets, so light. And the beer is always cold. That will come in handy this summer. Keep up the good work!!
