Katie Blooms Irish Pub Restaurant

I usually only like to write good to great reviews, but tonight was so terrible I had to tell the public. I walked in with a group of twenty and told them to hold on for me to buy some drinks. I went to the bar and said, "excuse me mam?" No response. I said again, "excuse me bartender?" "Hi(wave)" I got a response from a brunette bartender about 5'6, "A wave is how I say goodbye." Well goodbye to you bartender and my friends look at me after about ten minutes and said, "we will go to the spot and get drinks, forget that (*****). Thank you to the gentlemen bartender working the end of the bar who came over and got us two crown and cokes and a blue moon which we gave a ten dollar tip. To Miss Goodbye, you not only missed out on about $80 tip for shots and cocktails that I wanted to treat my friends from out of town, but you also missed out on about $400 in shots and cocktails that we spent at the spot. Hope your smirk and wave was worth it. I will never go back after I was so embarrassed.

In A Nutshell:

*Decent Irish Pub, nothing that stands out.
*Did meet someone there though ;)

Overall, I may come back if I'm pre-gaming in Campbell again.

Mediocre food & mediocre service on a Thursday night.  It seemed like there was one waitress for the entire place.  The booze was good though, it did the trick!  Pretty hard to screw up a whiskey and a Guinness.

Parking sucks in this neighborhood, I don't see myself coming here too often.  I much prefer The Duke!
