  This small-town bar is almost completely absent from the internet. I could find no information other than that it exists. I couldn't even get an address, I had to pull that from its liquor license info at the Illinois ABC web site. I could not find a phone number or any other info.
  
  Kel's is a big open room with an L-shaped bar in the far back. There's a stage in the front, pool tables, Silver Strike, foosball, video poker, and an Extreme Hunting game. There's also a stage in the front of the bar.
  
  The bartender was nice but quiet.   We were largely ignored by the handful of regulars in the place.   They probably thought it odd that a couple of tourists had stopped in here.
  
  We played a game of Silver Strike that was going very well for both of us, until the game broke in the 10th frame.  :(
