I would give zero stars if I could. I have been going there for years and so has my family but every time we go there and the bar tender Christina is there we end up leaving. We are to the point where we are going to contact management about her. She will not serve you, and will take shots with other people around you and ignore you. She has yelled at my dad and my sister for not tipping her well twice!! I really hope that management sees this before you lose all of your long time customers!!
Review Source:It's a bit crowded but that's understandable because the food is so dang good! The clam chowder is the best I have had and I have eaten at all the restaurants over there. Hands down THE BEST! Staff was polite and friendly despite being very busy. Â Would return again and recommend it to anyone heading that way.
Review Source:After having a bad experience at Half Moon Bay Kayak Co., we decided to grub.
Oyster Shooters - 7/10: the horseradish added a nice kick
Garlic Fries - 9/10 : Nice and garlicy...just the way I like it. (Potato wedge form)
Calamari (Fried) w/ side of rice - 10/10: Best calamari I've had so far, nice and crispy, rice was great also.
Crab, jack cheese, louie sauce on sourdough - 3/10: A very boring sandwich, dripping everywhere...
Cranberry Lemonade - 8/10: Yesss
I am on a super strict diet right now - basically just fruits, vegetables, and legumes. I got there and started looking at the menu. I was able to get them to special make me their garden salad (with grilled veggies) and add salsa instead of dressing. They were nice about it, and got it correct!
Review Source:Eeewwww. So my husband wanted to go here 'cause his friend said it's awesome. Okay I say.
We ordered calamari to start us off. We pretty much ate oil. Yuck.
While waiting for our food I noticed my fork had dried rice stuck in between it. Â Our glasses had finger prints and lip prints on them. So already I'm feeling sick. And I would hate to complain before I get my food.
I ordered the calamari steak and my husband ordered the crab sandwich. Mines had no flavor. Â The only thing that was good on my plate was the pickle. My husband didn't finish his sandwich, but said it was good.
Overall, service was okay, dirty utensils and oily food. Oh and I hate when the menus are super grimy! Â So I would never come back here!
Went on Mother's Day. Location is good. Patio and bar area are a nice addition.
Service was sub par. Took awhile to have our orders taken and then all 3 plates came at once (clam chowder, artichokes and seafood combo). Â The entire staff must have been 25 or younger. Didn't see a person over 30, nor a smile on any servers face. Didn't seem like anyone was happy to be working here.
Chowder was served warm, not hot, and without spoons. Artichokes were also also warm, almost room temp. Seafood combo was fried as ordered but the breading was poor and a lot of it fell off when dipping. The food didn't taste bad though but was nothing worth recommending.
The atmosphere was good and the decor what you'd expect from a seafood restaurant on a pier but with a lot of other options nearby I probably would recommend something else first for passersby.
Also, it was way too expensive for the quality of food.
3-3.5 stars for me- sorry, I'm not much of a brunch person! Ketch Joanne is a solid brunch spot in Half Moon Bay, and has apparently been around for quite a while. There were a lot of locals in the bar area even though it was only 10am, so it must really get busy in the afternoon! The restaurant is on one side the bar on the other, but they are connected and the only women's bathroom (super tiny) is on the bar side. They were full when we arrived, but luckily one table was leaving so we were seated right away. We ordered:
-Egg & Cheese Sandwich ($4.95 + Sausage $1.75, http://www.yelp.com/biz_…): Pretty good. I liked the melted cheese on the English muffin, but the sausage patty was just ok. I woulnd't get this again.
-Crab Omelet ($15.95, http://www.yelp.com/biz_…): I'm not a big fan of omelets, so I didn't enjoy this one much. I thought the omelet was a little bland, but they gave you a good amount of crab. The house fries
-Eggs Benedict w/Crab ($17.95, http://www.yelp.com/biz_…): Good, but definitely very rich! I couldn't really distinguish the crab much, so would rather order a regular eggs benedict.
-Boston Clam Chowder Cup ($4.50, http://www.yelp.com/biz_…): Yum! The chowder was nice and thick without being goopy, and they had a good amount of clams. I also liked that the potatoes were cooked enough and tender.
The service was efficient, but not as warm as a higher end restaurant. My friends both loved the crab dishes they ordered, and would probably give Ketch Joanne 4 stars. I wish we had gone for lunch instead since the fish tacos and other lunch items were more appealing to my palate, and I didn't feel like eating heavier dishes so early in the day. Parking is easy since there is a good sized lot right in front of the restaurant. They are also a short walk away from Half Moon Bay Kayak Company, so you can stop in and grab a bite before or after kayaking or stand up paddleboarding.
okay, okay - second time here and had a better meal :)
slopped up a bowl of chowder (brought half home) and shared the captains platter with the hub - service was spot on and food was hot, quick and tasty..
had a much better experience today than last time - and will most likely be back for more. Â
it was the drive from montara to san mateo that was the kicker - had a LONG view of the water on the way home because of all the traffic and liked it. Â even stopped off at the great nursery on 92 for the grims and picked up some spring foliage. Â a good day.
thanks ketch joanne for filling me up nicely :)
We've been here twice now and both times were very enjoyable. They make their bloody mary's from scratch and they are delicious! I had a burger the first time and it was fantastic! Cooked just right and very flavorful. The hubs had the smoked salmon omelet which was also very yummy. Â I also tried the BLT which was good.. can't really mess up a BLT. The staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting and the wood burning stove kept us warm and toasty. Highly recommend :)
Review Source:Ketch Joanne has THE BEST fish tacos I have ever tasted. They make their own fresh Salsa and it is just delicious! This place has about any kind of food you can imagine besides pizza and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My favorites are their delicious hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, and fried local artichoke hearts. It is also a very popular breakfast spot! Basically everything on the menu is wonderful. On a nice day or even a foggy day, you have the choice of sitting outside on the patio where you have a beautiful view of the harbor or inside the cozy restaurant.
This is a great place for everyone even your doggies! I would definitely recommend it!
YUM!
AND don't forget to try their delicious homemade desserts!
We were enjoying a beautiful day exploring the California coast as a side trip from San Francisco. My surfer husband was treated with the adventure of finding the famous Mavericks waves. Which were HUGE by the way. We randomly found Ketch Joanne in the nearby Half Moon Bay area. A very pleasant find! We did have to wait 20 minutes or so, but it was a busy weekend afternoon, so it was to be expected. We were seated outside (our request) and enjoyed the great weather. The outdoor eating area could be much cleaner which would lead to a better experience. The Bloody Mary was delicious! So glad I wasn't driving so I could enjoy! There were 3 of us and we all ordered the Crab sandwich Grilled on Sourdough. Not disapointed!!!! The crab was delicious and abundant and the sandwich was grilled to perfection. We all felt it was worth the price. We would definately come back!
Review Source:Was pointed to this strangely-named joint (by a very reliable foodie pal) to come here for the fried shrimp. Wait till she finds out I fucked that up and did not follow directions.
I should have got the fried shrimp because my scallop dinner had bipolar flavors combating in my mouth. They offered several ways to cook your seafood dinner; Grilled- Fried - Garlic Lemon Butter or Teriyaki.
I asked for grilled with a side of garlic butter. What I got was a cornucopia of garlic butter and teriyaki..which wasn't horrible, but it was a lil too much on my tastebuds..I felt salt-dehydrated by the end of my meal. Also, my baked potato was so dry that extra sour cream did nothing..besides seep into the dry abyss within.
Our waiter had the personality of a buoy so, I didn't want to complain about anything, as he seemed the type that might tell the cooks to spit in any re-orders.
My boyfriend ordered a grilled crab sandwich and it was dripping in cheese that did not compliment the crab.
There's only 12 tables in the whole place so, it's a tiny lil joint that has an overall vibe of "sticky". I don't think I'd come back if I was in the area. I mean, the food is edible, but I'm sure their fried selections are the best.
I'm 41 and a half years old, I can't eat a plate full of fried anything anymore..my cholesterol gets pissed. So, I can't eat that shit anymore..I was doing what I thought was best OK?
[Don't gimme that look woman...I know you're givin me that look. UGH!]
This is so far the best place for New England clam chowder in the Bay Area, plus you don't have to brave the tourists and high prices in SF to eat here. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get, especially when you order soup/chowder it's filled to the brim. Â It's home style goodness tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Â My husband loves their Manhattan clam chowder here too! Â Definitely a diamond in the rough. Â And their calamari is fried to perfection here, crunchy breading and easy to chew calamari on the inside. Â Next time, I'll have to make sure to get something else other than my go tos here (Boston clam chowder & calamari). Â I saw what other patrons got and it looks so delicious.
Review Source:After a long hard days crabbing or fishing, sometimes you just want a nice hearty meal. And if you go to Ketch Joanne, you'll get that meal. Right when you're seated, you'll be treated to a bowl of bread. And that's just the beginning.
My roommate and I ordered the calamari for our appetizer. I'm normally sad when I order calamari because it disappears too fast. But for the first time in my life, we couldn't finish the calamari. Not because it was bad, but because there was so much and each piece was so big.
The burgers were big too- and delicious. My roommate, who enjoys eating chowder whenever he can, got the Boston Clam Chowder and deemed it to be among the best chowder he had ever had. It started with a "hm... this chowder tastes different" but ended with a "wow, that was the best chowder I ever had".
This is the first restaurant I've visited at Pillar Point. I intend on being back because the crabs in the ocean continue to elude me and I wont' stop until I catch some nice dungeness, and I will definitely stop by Ketch Joanne again at some point for my calamari fix.
Finally got to experience Ketch Joanne's! I've been hearing about this place and how it's one of the only places open late on the coastline, being a local, it's nice to have restaurants open late.
My wife and I finally came here for dinner one Saturday night and surprisingly only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. Â We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the dark wood walls, the wood floors, tables, the bar attached to the restaurant, it reminded us of Duarte's in Pescadero, another great local eats place! Â The entire place just had a great energy about it, everyone seemed to know everyone, we even ran into some folks we know from in town, yup, this is a true locals joint, I fell in love without even trying the food...
We were immediately given fresh warm bread and butter at the table, we ordered our drinks and browsed the menu. Â I decided to order the Filet of Rock Cod ($16.95) grilled with lemon garlic butter, it was served with fresh veggie's and a choice of another side so I picked a baked potato. My wife ordered the Sea Scallops ($18.95) grilled with lemon garlic butter, with fresh veggie's and a backed potato.
Our food came out quickly which was nice, we were hungry... Â my rock cod tasted yummy and considering I've never had it before, I don't know whether it was cooked perfectly, but I liked it and so did my wife! Â My veggie's and baked potato were cooked perfectly, that I do know and were good. Â My wife's scallops however did seem to be a bit over cooked as they were on the rubbery side, it was too bad, because they gave her a healthy portion of them.
All in all though, we both enjoyed our experience at Ketch Joanne's and we are looking forward to coming back and trying something new!
This is where 11pm cruising takes you -- Half Moon Bay for a snack.
And it was just about the only place still open.
I ordered the Boston Clam Chowder ($8) - It was amazing! It is thick with LOTS of clams and round little potatoes. SO yummmy! Â I actually didn't think I'd finish since I had a full dinner.
The calamari is so good too. It comes with a red and a white sauce. Too much red sauce will make your face all squinty.
Maria was our server and she was just a doll.
We had one more vacation day left and I wanted to spend it in Half Moon Bay. Â We decided to have lunch at a "local" spot and decided on Ketch Joanne's...good decision. Â We have been there numerous times before and again it was really satisfying.
Today it was all about my "cravings":
I knew I wanted to start with a Bloody Mary...good!
The cup of hot Boston Clam Chowder and it was yummy.
BF ordered the Fish 'N Chips- always a favorite.
I decided on trying the Avocado Stuffed with Crab- very fresh and perfect for a lunch
Then, I asked if they had any Fried Oysters and our server said they were on the menu as Pacific Oysters...I couldn't resist and ordered them, too. Â Well, needless to say, we were stuffed, but very happy! Â The oysters were fresh and perfectly fried...so good!
I think we need another vacation day to go back to Half Moon Bay and have another lunch at Ketch Joanne's. Â Our server was excellent. Â We were there at noon and had no problem getting a table outside. Â No amazing water views here, as the restaurant is located next to a parking lot. Â Ketch Joanne's is a basic restaurant at the Harbor where a lot of locals go to eat. Â They serve good and hearty breakfasts and it is pretty busy there in the mornings.
Now I am craving another trip back to Ketch Joanne's...............
You've probably read in other reviews that sometimes there's a long wait and other times there isn't. Our experience was on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, peak lunch hour, and there was no wait. We were pleasantly surprised! That said, while this place has great food, I'm not sure it's worth waiting too long for, considering there are so many awesome eateries in HMB.
This spot is in a little nook near the harbor and you'll probably see fishermen eating breakfast or lunch here (er, or drinking at the bar). It definitely has more of a local feel than some of the other seafood places in HMB.
I had the grilled crab sandwich and it did not disappoint. I have to admit not the best I've ever had (Nick's in Pacifica has the best crab sandwich in the Bay Area) but still very good. It doesn't come with any sides so I shared the fries that came with my boyfriend's burger. It was plenty for both of us.
On a nice day, sit on the outside patio and check out the scenery. It's a relaxing pit stop after sightseeing, shopping or kayaking.
Yum. I thought this place was great. We came on a Sunday morning, and I was expecting a long wait, but we only had to wait a few minutes. We got seated at the bar, and they warned us it would be loud because there was a football game on TV, but it wasn't bad at all. I loved the menu items and all of the seafood options there were for breakfast. I got a lox omelet because I had been craving one, and though there wasn't a lot of salmon in there, it was still good (can't go wrong with cream cheese). I got fruit on the side and it was fresh and delicious. My meal was about $15, and for me and the BF it was about $30 total.
Review Source:Some good things, some not so good things. The service was good. The chicken fried chicken was good. But... mashed potatoes should not be hard and crumbly. And cheese fries should have a little more than trace evidence of cheese on them.
In addition, it was hard to enjoy the ambience because of the loud drunks in the bar area (on a Monday night?!?!), and a barking dog.
The prices were decent but I'm a little concerned with potential health violations like allowing dogs in the bar area. I love dogs but I wouldn't dream of bringing one into a place that serves food.
I gotta say I'm not sure I'd eat there again.
If the fishermen are eating here for breakfast, it is a good sign it is good, hearty grub.
On Sunday, July 29, 2012 at 8 AMish. Â Great service. A great out of the way find in a restaurant salon. Â
I liked the fried cod and eggs for breakfast. Â Fresh from the pier. Â Cod is lightly dusted in flour corn starch.Comes with choice of home style potatoes, or fruit or tomatoes. Â Also comes with choice of toast/biscuit.
This is a great place to eat BBQ seafood. Â My family and I drive to Half Moon Bay once a month, especially during the summer months. Â We are always on the hunt for good clam chowder and seafood. Â My family was very pleased with our first visit to Ketch Joanne Restaurant.
We ordered the following:
Cups of clam chowder: The chowder was thick and had equal amounts of potatoes and clams. Â We ordered the Boston style but they also had Manhattan. Â Manhattan clam chowder is red and will be on my list of things to try the next time I visit.
Seafood combo (shrimp, calamari, cod and scallop): We were asked if we wanted BBQ or fried. Â We chose BBQ and it the seafood was delicious. Â My family ate it all with no complaints.
Onion Rings: They serve tasty and crispy onion rings. Â I love dipping them in ranch dressing. Â YUM!
Seafood favorite (shrimp, cod and scallops): This was our least favorite dish because of the excellent taste of the BBQ seafood appetizer. Â We chose the lemon garlic version of this dish. Â We did not taste much lemon or garlic. Â The dish was OK and not terrible.
Overall, I recommend getting a few appetizers (BBQ) and sharing them with your pals. Â The portions are big and can fill you up fast.
Another big bonus: Your dogs can sit with you at the outside tables. Chewy sat with me at one table while we watched other polite dogs eating every other table. Half Moon Bay is a great place to bring your dog. Check out my Yelp list for more dog-centric spots, http://www.yelp.com/list…
Not a bad spot in half moon bay to enjoy lunch. Place seems to get pretty crowded on sunny weekend days so there maybe a wait. Â They do have a little of everything on the menu..the family and i stuck with seafood since, well, you are ocean side. Had the grilled crab & shrimp sandwich, it was tasty...a bit overpriced, but that was expected.
Would go back if in the area
Crusty locals like to hang out here, and men in uniform. Â Prices are a bit high for my taste, but that's why its important to go with someone who has deeper pockets than you. Â
Good cozy, nautical vibe. Â Fantastic fresh bread and butter. Â Friendly staff (although they are a little mentally unaware)
We ordered the crab and then a sampler appetizer. The food is pretty good I just don't think its worth the price.
I washed it down with a couple reasonably priced sauvignon blancs about 6 bucks a glass.
I really like this place, but due to my status as an elite yelper, I have to say its more of a place to take someone who doesn't like touristy restaurants, but be prepared to pay tourist price.
So, I was up in SF one afternoon, and got out of where I was at a little after the usual dinner time. I decided to drive into Pacifica on the way home, as I didn't relish the thought of parking again. I made up my mind to find somewhere that was not a chain. However, the fog had rolled in, and I could barely see off the freeway in Pacifica, so all I spotted was Taco Bell and Denny's. As those spots didn't meet my requirements, I rolled on down the Peninsula to Half Moon Bay, where I knew there'd be good choices at Pillar Point Harbor.
I ended up at Ketch Joanne in the harbor. As it was a little late, I was seated immediately. After looking at the menu for a while, I decided upon the calamari steak sandwich. I love calamari, and I love steak sandwiches, so this seemed like a way to satisfy two cravings at once.
The time between ordering and getting served was a bit longer then I expected, but the sandwich was great. I highly recommend it. My waiter was friendly, as were the rest of the staff. It was an enjoyable experience.
We called late one evening and we were told food was still being served and would be served for a while yet, but we'd have to eat at the bar. No problem!
We drove the seven miles (not much, but still) and were told "Kitchen is closed! Did you speak to a lady? She's gone for the night. Sorry!".
Disappointing!
The hostess said 5-10 minute wait, but it was more like 15-20 minutes. Â We didn't mind. Â It was such a beautiful cool sunny day today.
We had been holding on to a Groupon so we decided to kill two birds with one stone. Â Have lunch here, and then mosey over to the pier to buy live crabs off a fishing boat.
Groupon $15 cost for $30 worth of food. Â We scanned the menu and selected items we probably would not have ordered if we didn't have the groupon. Â We've been here numerous times before, and stuck with the clam chowder soup with fish and chips or the seafood platter. Â
Today I had the local dungeness crab and bay shrimp poached eggs Benedict, and hubby had the crab omelet.
Choice of toast, potatoes, cottage cheese or fruit salad with our orders.
Hubby enjoyed his omelet with sourdough toast and cottage cheese.
I not having had eggs Benedict in quite awhile enjoyed them both with the exception of the hollandaise sauce. Â It reminded me of velveeta cheese. Â But I thought the crab very fresh as well as the bay shrimp.
We both had coffee which was refilled promptly.
Our server was slow in coming over to take our orders, but it's no fault of his. Â It's a case of poor ratio of tables to waitstaff.
But once served, we were in and out within the hour.
Minus our groupon, we paid $15.00 inc tip. Â Nice way to try local dungeness crab while it's in season now.
Let me first start by saying that this place came highly recommended. Â So that may have raised my expectations a bit, however to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Â I had the fish and chips. Â They were less than impressive. My wife that can't stand fish makes better fried fish.
She had the bacon burger. It was ok but certainly not worth the price.
The service had ups and downs however more downs than ups. Overall I would say steer clear of this place and go to Flavor.
And the one star rating is generous .Let me preface this review with the fact that my parents kept raving about this place and how amazing their crab is. I went in with a 5 star expectation and came out almost in a rage of fury.
Its crab season. We walk in on a TUESDAY around 5pm. A table of 5. We ask the waitress suggestions on what is good. She says its crab season and their crab is amazing (which we already knew we wanted) and so all our orders consisted of something with crab in it. The waitress asks if we want everything out at the same time, I think, ok that doesn't seem like a bad idea.
BAD IDEA. An hour later, we are still waiting for our orders. I ask her to bring out our order of oysters and to scratch my idea of bringing all the items out at once. She brings out the oysters (which had worms in it) and at THIS POINT tells us that there is no more crab and if instead of the fresh crab, we wanted canned crab. I couldn't tell if it was a joke. Pay $33 for the Captains Cioppino with CANNED crab??? She must be out of her mind. I tell her she should have told us in the beginning there was no more crab. She said she didn't know. I ask to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager on duty. How is it possible that a restaurant runs with NO manager on duty??
So a substitute manager comes over (which is actually just another waiter who doesn't look a day over 21) and he tells us he us he is very sorry and to pick something else on the menu free of charge and that our bill would be discounted due to the inconvenience. I tell him its not about the discounted bill, but it was their lack of communication to us about them not having any crab. We are not pleased but we order a steamed clam dish instead and replace the crab stuffed avocado with another order of oysters. He also tells us they have been out of crab since the weekend. What seafood restaurant is out of crab for TWO days and doesn't inform the staff??
My order of the steamed Cod, Prawns and Scallops was possibly the worst thing I have ever tasted. First, it wasn't even steamed, they sauteed it. Second, there was about 2 scallops, 3 prawns and broken up bits of cod in this "dish". Terrible. It looked and tasted like leftovers.
I must say that my moms Crab Louie salad was amazing though. They had just enough crab to make her salad, which was phenomenal.
Fast forward another 45 min of sitting there, our bill comes, but not before the "step in manager" comes to tell us that they are not able to discount our bill, AND we have to pay for the clams we ordered after he said it would be comp in replacement of the Captain Cioppino, which THEY didn't have. And the oysters that were in replacement of the crab avocado that they didn't have, was also charged and they were unable to comp it as promised.
I could hear two other tables grumbling that their bill was taking forever to get to them.
They offered us free dessert, as if that was going to replace the anger and crab desire in our bellys. Â I ordered a chocolate ice cream with strawberries which was actually really delicious, if I wasn't filled with so much hunger and irritation.
Highly disappointed in the food and the way our situation was handled. Will never be going back here, even to try the crab. Good luck to those ever eating there when a manager is not on duty.
Not worth the headache because the rest of the seafood we had was mediocre at best.
If you're visiting Half Moon Bay, don't leave without trying the fresh and delicious seafood at this restaurant. (Locals already know about Ketch Joanne's.) Just watch where all the fishermen go after they dock their boats. You'll see crusty seamen spilling out of this place if it's a blustery day. And old salts will likely be filling up every bar stool at the Harbor Bar (which is connected.)
The ambiance is cozy and welcoming with dark wooden paneling with an undercurrent of "dive bar". There's also a hint of "run down" and a dash of "boat art" (think seashell wreaths, etc.) You sort of feel like you're in the bowels of a musty old ship (and your fellow shipmates are throwing a few back at the bar.)
The quality of the seafood at Ketch Joanne's is five stars. The rock cod melts in your mouth like butter. I also love the avocado stuffed with crab. It's just that: a perfectly ripe avocado split in half and loaded with lump crab. No fillers. No sauces. Just naturally sweet crab that doesn't need a damn thing added to it!
Ketch Joanne's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a full bar. The service is average--it's the food that is exceptional. Open Every Day 7am to 9pm. Happy Hour at the Harbor Bar Weekdays 4pm to 6pm.
This really is a great little place!
I have been coming here for the last few years and I have never left disappointed.
The place reminds me of and old ship dating back from the early 1900s, filled with windblown, years on the beach faced locals- certainly nothing fancy, though winning with old character and personality.
We usually come here for breakfast and I will have one of there crab omelets or sandwiches. My last visit I had the crab omelet with Swiss cheese and substituted the side fixings for a pumpkin pancake and as usual everything was stellar.
My omelet was extremely tasty and the freshness of the crab reminds me of the days visiting my grand parents on the Oregon coast, when they used to cook up fresh crab. The omelet this time, was not as fluffy and large as I remember, though, still winning in taste and my pumpkin pancakes were thick, fluffy and fantastic!!!
Until my next visit!!
When I used to sell my soul to the Devil--I MEAN--work for Curves, one of the ladies who would work out there told me about this restaurant for a newsletter I was putting together. That's right--I was SO BORED that 3 months into it I had to finally put together a newsletter every month because the owner wouldn't fucking put the internet on the computer.
When I dragged my friend cbass (yeah...I know), we tried the crab sandwiches and they were abso-fucking-lutely delicious. Honestly. I had never tasted something so awesome EVER. I think I dragged him out a second time, too--I can't remember.
I'd post what I wrote in the newsletter, but I don't have it and the new owner cleaned the computer out when she aquired the business. Let's just say that it was full of false optimism and really, really crappy crap crap.
Anyways, just go, thank me later. It's worth the trip out.
