    I cannot say enough nice things about Gherkins.  I love sandwiches and these sandwiches are AMAZING - super tasty and quality all the way through, especially the Al Capone.  The food is always good.  The staff is incredibly nice.

    Not that good, old bread, ran out of pepper jack cheese and ham, the sandwich looked sloppy and I was so hopping for it to be a good sandwich for our beach day. Disappointed. Good service and friendly staff though. Next time Ill make my own from the Safeway down the way.

    I have heard many things about this place. First this place location is convenient being off the Highway 1.
    I entered the store and the staff was so comforting.
    I ordered the #13 and the appearance of the food amazed me.
    Upon taking the first bite, the sandwich was MIND BLOWING. the quality was great and full with flavor and freshness.
    Overall if you want excellent service, and excellent food Gherkins is the place!
