I spoke to someone who is related to Krazy Karen herself, and she confirmed that the bar is in fact closed.

Went to go here on st.pattys day and there was a chair in the doorway saying closed.I peeked in to the owner sitting @ the bar by herself saying she has had enough that this place is closed for good.
