The Friday Night Fish Fry was typical Wisconsin fare. Â The service was perky and efficient. Â The most memorable food item was the clam chowder. Â Among the pros is that the restaurant is just accross Whalen Bay from where we live. Â Chief among the cons is that the fare seemed more pro forma than inspired culinary art. Â It was as if the menu designer asked, "What do we need to serve?" instead of "How's this for an idea?". Â This is certainly not a one-visit restaurant for us, but could you please put a little more effort into the flavors? Â Oh, and with that location, please give us a better view than a storage shed and a chain link fence.
