Started by bringing the wrong beer, something I can get by usually. Then advertised a gluten free menu, my fiancée ordered a GF item that was brought with bread on the plate. When she said she couldn't eat it they needed an explanation of what GF was. Brought me a hamburger instead of a portobello burger, then the waitress blamed it on the new cook not knowing the menu. I don't mind the burger mix up, but anyone with Celiacs knows what can happen with gluten contamination. Offering GF dishes but not knowing what that means is completely irresponsible considering how sick people can get.
I completely understand mix ups, but the lack of education and mistakes on every aspect is inexcusable.
