Party of two, ordered snapper. $18 each, two drinks. Total bill before tip was $68.
Service slow yet attentive and he tried hard.
I ordered a good margarita and it was bitter, needed more triple sec. Waiter brought more so that made it ok, but not the best margarita I would have expected.
Substituted fries for onion rings for $2 more. Ordered them crispy and they arrived almost cold.
Kitchen must have been running slow, in spite of not many diners there around 4:30 or so - while I was there. Dining room I was in had two other couples dining.
Old baked potatoes on both plates. Dried out snapper. This shouldn't be, folks. Don't underestimate who might be dining at your place. You had to know this wasn't good enough to send out.
On a relatively quiet Tuesday afternoon? Did I hit a bad day? I don't want to spend $70 to find out.
I doubt I will be back and would not comfortably recommend this place.
The food was great tasting. We had the Onion Crusted Salmon. Â The only complaint the four of has had was the portion size. Â We give our cat larger portions. Our waiter asked how everything was and we mentioned the portion size, his comment was, "Well, it is a luncheon portion, if you want larger portions you have to come for dinner and pay twice the price. Â This is not an acceptable response in a service industry. On the plus side, the hostess and the views of the water were pleasant.
