My review will echo the comments of the other 2012 review (guess not much goes on here between 2009 and 2012 given the dearth of reviews).

It's in a very nice location in Yountville, north of Napa.
Very fancy and modern looking as you approach. If you don't want to valet, you can self park (turn left instead of right to the theater) for cheaper or free if you are lucky.

We had the same issue at will call where the lines grew super long due to being unable to find tickets. We each joined a line to save some time when I realized the process was not going to be fast.

They were likely volunteers so it's hard to give them a hard time. They couldn't find our tickets (more Goldstar people) so thankfully having lined up at the other window it didn't take too long.

The guy behind the window started looking through tickets and then when he thought Goldstar he just gave us 2 random tickets which was quite funny. It didn't really matter in the end, but we waited to get inside to take a look.

The theater is pretty new looking but if you sit towards the back behind the main corridor and towards the middle, there's a sound booth setup type thing (technical term here!) which may or may not be located there for all performances but it obscured the view for many behind that.

Also the seats next to us were missing, I mean properly missing so people would come looking for their seats only to find that they don't exist because the seats were missing! Funny old couple came to look for those seats, the woman noticed that there was no seat and huffed off, the poor husband just left her to it. Smart guy. Comes with experience. He just wanted a seat!

The set up and organization was a bit lacking as said before but it's a pretty nice theater. Overall it's average.

Was at the Napa Valley Festival del sole and saw "The 24 Hr. Plays" at the Lincoln Theater.

The theater is located at the CA Veteran's Home on the west side of 101 opposite downtown Yountville.  We parked in a lot on the main road and walked up the path to theater. It is a very large, two level modern facility.  They also had valet service for this event.

Picking up our tickets from Will Call was an experience.  You wait in a line to reach a table where two nice older ladies would try to find your ticket from stack of tickets that weren't alphabetically separated. Low and behold, when we get there, it was determined that Goldstar purchasers had to go to the window and we had to wait in another line.  I guess it was too hard for them to have a sign directing Goldstar purchasers to the window.

After finally getting our tickets, we proceeded to our seats. The user was friendly and pointed us towards our seats. The seats were larger than normal and they had very ample legroom and I'm 6 feet tall.

Overall, it was a nice facility, but it got two stars for being unorganized at Will Call.

Just saw a concert here and I would like to say this was a very pleasant experience overall in a state-of-the-art facility in a beautiful setting.  It's very classy here, they even have valet parking.

First of there is nothing really near by, so a brisk walk or drive is in order if you want to have dinner or something before going to the theater.  You drive through the "main gate" area of the Veterans' Home and here you have a decision free parking or preferred parking, one is a 5 minute walk away and the other is a about 30 seconds away.

The will call window is located immediately to your left as you walk-in along with some restrooms, there is coat check available but been summer in CA there was no need for it.  There is plenty of space in the lobby area to talk and wander about, beverages of all sorts are served but they are not allowed inside of the theater so drink up.  There are a lot of aisles and the depth of seats were pretty good too, I did not have a problem with the seating and I am 5'11" with pretty wide shoulders.  Been where it is they had plenty of handicap access, and the attendants are oh so friendly.

It really is a great place BUT the acoustics where not that great, they had the bass way too high during the show.  And the fact no drinks are allowed is a bummer (to a concert?!?),, here comes my pet-peeve ... it is on state owned property for Veterans' but yet they charge me parking, and yes I am a veteran with my combat stripes and all.
