It wasn't my first time in Conyers. Â I have yet to write a review of the Cracker Barrel that I visited. Â Â All in all, I think Conyers is sort of a country town, even though I plan to visit the shopping center on whatever that street was. Â I'll have to get back to you on that.
Lingering Memories seems to be a bit off the beaten path, Â I wonder if the traffic I encountered on Good Friday was a holiday thing. Â Â At first glance, you may drive past it. Â It looks like any old antique shop. Â But if you are in the area, I would urge you to stop in. Â It is way bigger inside than it looks from the street. Â Basically, people that have things to sell rent a spot and there is everything from new merchandise to old Jimmy Hendricks albums. Â There is furniture, wicker, art, jewelry...a lot of stuff. Â Â If you want to window shop without the windows and the annoyance of someone following you around while ou take your sweet time to peruse.....this a a great place to go. Â Â I know, I know.."Conyers?" you say. Â Yeah, but...there ya go.
I rented a spot to sell my things (new stuff) and I will go back soon to add more stuff. Â Â I plan on keeping the spot and getting more spots at other antique type shops. Â This was a decent place to start. Â Â If you are in the area, and are a peruser....you should stop in.
