I REALLY enjoy this place. Â It changed hands two years ago so it has improved a lot since I was last here. Â The menu has tons of homemade comfort foods you have to try. Â Lasagna, amazing burgers, authentic Bohemian dinners, mac and cheese, the list goes on! Â It's a small cedar bar with room for one little local band, dimly lit like any bar is, NON smoking, and the best service you will get at a bar....anywhere. Â Nancy is the owner and she is running around serving people, chatting with the locals, svering up hot plates of goodness, and making sure everything you have is PERFECT. Â She is very nice.
In the summertime the deck is open and you can sit outside and enjoy a cold drink and live music. Â It's within walking distance to several other bars, should you continue your fun after your meal. Â Most people don't give this place a chance, but being a "younger" customer....you really need to. Â They have great food and a good price. Â They are even starting a new Taco Night on Wednesday nights!! Â This is perfect to keep the younger crowd interested.
You MUST try the homemade desserts-- the bread pudding is to DIE for.
Please stop by and give them a go! Â You won't be disappointed.
