    THIS place is a JOKE!! $28 for bringing lap dog!! The dog didn't even care for the accommodations!! No HOUSE cleaning people to be found surprised this place still  is operating!!  Not many REPEAT customers I'm SURE!! Staff appeared to be CHALLENGED!!

    Excellent Waterfront location, great summer pool and jacuzzi.  Restaurant and Bar are dockside.  Buildings are older but well maintained.

    The price of these rooms is based on supply and demand, not quality. The only other lodging option on Lopez is B and Bs which i would have done had they had rooms. Room was spacious, but old. Try the B and Bs first.
