Los Amigo's Mexican Restaurante

I find Los amigo's to be fairly mediocre. The food on the buffet has generally been sitting for a while. Most of it is fairly dry. With that said. The service is fairly decent. The place is kept clean. And it is fairly cheap.

I frequent Los Amigo's frequently and have never had a negative experience. The food and the service is always exceptional.  They accommodate large groups quickly, and I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the store. Great food!

FOUND IT!...I just haven't found a Mexican restaurant that satisfies my variable taste buds...until now...I thought I had fell into the dreamy abyss of the food shovelers world. My ideal place... in a strip mall no doubt! A thrift store...my favorite place to shop...next to a Chinese Buffet...my favorite place to eat...in the middle?...Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant...advertising...we now have a buffet!

I had to go in and check it out. First off?...it was clean...with friendly help that understood English...great menu offering...Margarita pitchers...$9.99! Tucked in the back...close to the kitchen where it could be constantly refreshed was the buffet table. Pork chops...fajita fixings...both chicken and steak with tomatoes onion...green peppers etc....Tamales...enchiladas the re fried beans...the cheese salsa...the guacamole...etc. and fresh fruit with dessert table!

I'm heading that way again for sure...now my favorite Mexican food place...just one more thing that impresses me about the little town of Mayfield, Ky
