We made a very sophisticated judgement call when we picked this restaurant - we were driving from OKC to Enid, and it was the one of the few restaurants we could find that was still open.  However, we were pleasantly surprised with our choice.

Being from California, we eat our share of Mexican food.  The style was slightly different, (OK-Mex?) and it was the first of several Mexican restaurants we tried on our visit.  

We asked the waitress what the most popular items were, and she said the Chimichangas and the Fajitas.  We ordered a Chimichanga and the Rib Fajitas. (They had about 5 different options.)

The Chimichanga was a step above average, but not outstanding.  The Rib Fajitas were amazing - kind of like Carnitas, but a little different because they were ribs, and served with green peppers and onions on a sizzling platter.  Very good!

The chips were served with both salsa and a cheese sauce. Both were very good.

Even though it was late, the place stayed busy, and most people seemed to be regulars.  If I find myself on 81 again, I would go back.

Great food!  I recommend the shrimp cocktail and fajitas.
