  Finding a place that has bands but doesn't charge a cover is an unusual creature these days. Drinks are reasonable. Seating is limited, especially during performances.

  September 10, 2011 Hot Springs Bike Rally Weekend
  
  Nifty little bar. Didn't even know they served food till I seen a pizza delivered to a table beside us! looked good enough.
  If you go to Lucky's, go for the drinks, live bands and fun times. It's kinda like your good ol' hometown bar.  our group had a great time! we laughed, drank and cut up with the locals!
  
  This is a SMOKING establishment. As in... they SMOKE cigarettes inside.  So it's going to get smokey. And you are going to smell like cigarette smoke. If you don't smoke and/or you don't want to smell like smoke...Go to another bar.

  Was unfortunate enough to have dinner here during non-rush hour. Service was extremely poor, the food was greasy, and the bill was high. Even for a bar this experience was not one that I will let happen again. Wont be coming here again.

  This is the best live music venue in Hot Springs. The food is really great too. We visit Hot Springs every year during the biker rally and this is one of the places we stop in and party down.
  
  The bands that play on Friday & Saturday night are always real good and the drink specials are out of this world. You can have a great time that you can afford at this place.
  
  You have got to try the pizza, I think it is handmade. It is very filling and good. I think will go this weekend.

  I didn't try the food here, but a friend told me they have the best pizza in town.  I did enjoy their drink specials and watching some other patrons' very interesting renditions of their favorite pop songs.  The place can get kind of loud, which just shows what a rocking place this is!  The bartenders are also very cool and hustle to serve you quickly.  What more could a girl ask for?
