Waitress lost order......still waiting for food. Not a good first impression. Very poor experience. Will not return.

Another meat and 2 or 3 for lunch. It is a bar and restaurant and nothing fancy at all. Just plain southern food. There are daily specials for $6.25. We had the chopped hamburger steak with onions and brown gravy with fried okra, steamed cabbage , and white acre peas. Portions were large and accompanied with a roll. A good meal if you are on the road.

Not the prettiest or fancies place but amazing food.  I'm from New Orelans so I know that not to judge the food by the atmosphe.   Amazing steak cooked perfectly.  Wonderful sides.   Fried food crispy and NOT greasy.   The boursin shrimp were wonderful.   I know the snake bites are written about a lot but if you like shrimp I highly reccomend the boursin shrimp appetizer.   If it was prettier I'd give it all 5 stars.   The service is friendly, attentive and helpful.  I am a fan
