My girlfriends 5 year old son is scheduled to have his birthday party here today. The manager did not have the decency to inform her that there will be a Zombie walk for autism at the same time. who does that? What kind of company doesn't inform the parents?! I am horrified. My children are 3 and 1. Most of the people have children under 5. They apparently were not apologetic. They also only offered a 10% discount? I called and have gotten no response. i would never host my children's birthday party here.
Truly, i am more upset about the inconsiderate, callous behavior by this manager and the company. If i had gone, and my children and seen this they would of had nightmares forever. It's wrong...
Mac Daddy's was a pretty fun experience. A group of us went bowling and also had dinner & drinks there. The staff was semi-friendly, but you don't deal with them that much. They do have some peculiar policies on alcohol though... our waitress couldn't give one of our friends a pitcher of beer because our first pitcher was not done. Apparently because he had drank a glass from our pitcher, even if he wanted to get one on his own credit card, our pitcher had to be gone before he could get his. I guess that means it's a one pitcher per table rule?? Who knows, but other than that oddity, our food was good & the cosmic bowling was very fun. There were also go-carts, mini golf, and an arcade for the kiddos. The arcade area was like a mini Dave&Buster's/Chucky-Cheese with tickets & prizes. The actual bar area look like a fun place to hang out with big screen tvs and had great weekly specials, so we'll probably check that part out next time.
Overall this was a fun experience and their daily specials are great! I would recommend this for a casual date night, fun night with friends, or family outing.
