Mack's Fish & Steak House

The food here is really good. I had the fried catfish and it as very well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and very tasty. The fries that came with it were really good as well. I wasn't a huge fan of their cocktail sauce, but it was okay. The hushpuppies are very good as well. My only real gripe is I had my heart set on ribs and catfish and they were out of ribs! Maybe next time. If I'm ever back in Heber Springs I will be back to Mack's.

I have lived in Heber Springs for over 13 years and I will say that Mack's is one of those restaurants that offers good fresh food with servers who are eager to assist.

Mack's is rated highly because it is one of the best places in Heber Springs to grab a quick delicious wholesome affordable meal in a clean family environment.

Very pleased.  I was traveling through Heber Springs, AR for work and there aren't a huge number of restaurants to choose from, but as I was aimlessly driving around looking for somewhere to eat, I stumbled upon this place.  I ordered the Southwestern Steak Salad with the Jalapeno ranch  dressing and the Southwestern egg rolls.  Delicious. Steak was well seasoned and the salad was crisp.  The eggs rolls were crispy and very tasty.  I recommend this place if you're in the Heber Springs area.
