Main Street Station

Unfortunately pretty bad. It was rather full so we thought it would be a good option. The service was extremely slow, we were sat quickly but it took 5+ min to get a waiter over- the table next to us had problems with their order I guess and he was fixing it. There was a ton of staff 12+ at least, I made a game of counting then as we waited for our pizza that took an hours. The Caesar salad was drenched in Cheese and warm dressing-I probably wouldn't have eaten it but was starving. We barely saw our waiter, he was nice but harried and the pizza when it did come was not thin crust as ordered but an inch thick and tasted like frozen dough. It was bland and could have been a diggornios.
It looks like they really need help training staff, it is always strange to be in a place that had lots of staff but has a sloooow kitchen and in attentive service. The table next to us waited 40 minutes for dessert... No apologies for the long wait, just a general denial of the situation. The manager? Did come over to us after we had been looking around desperately for any sign of our food, the pizza came shortly after that but nobody checked in until after we had finished. I would not recommend this place.  I did want to like it and hopefully they can get staff and food up to speed, otherwise I think it's all tourists that make up the business.

I really enjoyed my special which was a Cornish game hen. The pizza was also delicious. The atmosphere was nice. The wine made me tipsy which is always a plus. The woman who was singing that night was "aiight", but that's off topic. I would still come back again because the food is good and I really miss my Memorial Day weekend.

We happened to stumble onto this place when we didn't want to wait for a table at boon. I was a little apprehensive about the quality of the food here since it didn't seem to be as busy. We ordered the special polenta appetizer and a pear and prosciutto pizza. To my surprise the food was good! The polenta was really yummy and flavorful and the pizza was also very tasty. So what this place lacks in ambiance makes up in good hearty food.
