Mama Manjus Italian Bistro

Great food, my buddy and I both had the Alfredo, the sauce was nice and thick. The garlic bread was also good. Service was excellent, my meal was a little late, but they were very apologetic and kept the drink glasses full. They just opened up and were finishing the remodeling, but from talking to the owner, who was friendly, it sounds like they will have a NYC type decor. Check it out if you get a chance, its a nice change of pace from the other Italian places in Elkhart.
