  While the food was decent, the service was quite this restaurants downfall.  We stopped in for lunch while visiting the area for the day as all other restaurant options had a long wait.  we were seated quickly and got our drinks right away, but waited another 30+ minutes to get our orders in.  Staff was very tight and obviously weren't communicating with each other.  customers were sat at unclean tables, given food without silverware, after asking for sour cream and salsa they wouldn't get it until asking again, they weren't given their drinks long after they ordered them, and like us they waited forever to have their order placed.  I overheard more than one table comment that they felt like they were 'invisible'.  the food was alright, with the high point being the fresh tortilla chips and salsa. upon getting our check (finally) we were apologized to multiple times by the waitress/owner for the slow service as half the waitstaff that day called in.  we definitely won't return on a busy day.

  Ordered food for delivery tonight and was told that it would be 20 minutes for delivery.  After 2 hours had passed we called and cancelled the order.  We called 2 other times durring the time period, the first time, after an hour, they told us it should be just a couple minutes.  After an hour and a half they told us that the delivery driver had left a while ago with 8 orders and that we were the last to be delivered.  At 2 hours we cancelled the order and requested for the credit card to be refunded.  The delivery driver showed up 10 minutes later.  The food was stone cold, she was far less than pleasant, and she was insisting we take the food and they will credit us next time.  We told them there would be no next time and had to argue with the employee at the restaurant on the phone to get the card recredited.  Will never get food from here again and will never recommend this restaurant to anyone ever again.

  Set in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids on Front Street.  The brick oven pizza is the BEST I have had anywhere in the greater Toledo region.  I've had brick oven pizzas all over Toledo and none of them come close.  It's well worth the drive.  The price is great too

  This is a nice, casual little restaurant where you can find pizza as well as other Italian and Mexican dishes.  (The Mexican stuff was a bit of a surprise, but it's there on the menu. Go figure.)  
  
  I really like this place based on the service and atmosphere alone.  The servers seem like they are related or something, and all help each other out.  Top notch service, for sure.  The ambiance is very comfortable and laid back, and it makes me feel like I want to kick back and take my time.  It is very family friendly, and my three kids fit in fine.
  
  The big selling point for their pizza is the beautiful wood-fired brick oven.  I get excited by brick ovens because it usually means really great crust.  However, I was a little disappointed in the crust because of the copious amounts of cornmeal, which seemed way over the top.  I see cornmeal as "make-up for pizza".  A great pizza doesn't need cornmeal.  That said, the pizza is still amazing, and easily better than most pizza in the Toledo area.  I look forward to going back.
