Mambos Cuban Cuisine

We dined here around 7-7:30 on a Saturday night; we were told the place had only been open about 6 weeks.  They brought us croquettes "on the house" while we ordered; they were good.  For dinner we had the palomila and camarones al ajillo.  Both were served with beans and rice and maduros.  The entrees were gantastic.  The bistek was very tender, and had been marinated lightly with lime -- very good.  The shrimp also had a nice hint of lime, and tons of garlic and butter (yum).  We ended up licking the plates clean, and the dinners were good enough that we elected to try dessert: rice pudding and cuban coffee.  Both were awesome.

Service was fantastic, with a quick kitchen and lots of staff.  A gentleman from the back -- owner or manager, not sure -- stopped by twice to check on us, as well as our hostess / waitress and another roving waitress.  We never had to ask for refills, and everything else was provided on the first try.
