We came out here for a work event and had a ton of fun. Â Clearly, this probably isn't the newest bowling alley around but the staff was nice and it had character. Â I have no idea what the prices were or how they would even compare to other bowling alleys but I think it's worth it to stop by and have some fun!
Review Source:I credit Beach Bowling for stirring the fascination of the sport in our kids. Â With great courtesy and efficiency, they set up bumper lanes and had the bowling ramp for the kids to dump balls into the alley. Â A large selection of child sized bowls made it fun for our kids. Â Definitely will return, and they were so nice to have shoes for a 3 year old.
Review Source:SUPER cheap beer, artery clogging nachos and bowling at Jacksonville Beach....Seriously, what more could you ask for on a Saturday night?!
I do like to go bowling on occasion and have only been able to get into Beach Bowl one time on a Saturday night as our party had made a group reservation. Â The music is loud, the scoring is electronic and the beer is only $2.00. Â All of these elements make for a great rump-shaking, gutter ball makin' extravaganza!
I guess there are a lot of leagues that play during the fall here so seemingly the best days to actually bowl a serious walk in game would be on Tuesday nights. Â Thursday, Friday and Saturday's there is the cosmic bowling, but if you don't get to these lanes early you may have to wait for a lane to open.
This place is good fun, but if you're bringing the kids, be aware of the Jacksonville Beach bar crowd that may invade these lanes later in the evenings on Friday and Saturday nights.
